​1. Scope of Services 

We provide online coaching sessions in life and performance coaching. Our services are designed to provide guidance, accountability, and strategies but do not replace professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility 

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. By engaging in our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

 

3. Payment & Bookings

1. Sessions must be booked in advance through our website or designated scheduling platform and are subject to availability.

2. Coaching sessions are conducted online or in person as agreed upon.

3. Payments must be made in full before the session via Wix Payments, PayPal, Twint or Stripe.

4. Client Responsibility

1. Coaching is not therapy or medical advice. You are responsible for your decisions and actions.

2. You agree to participate in sessions with an open and honest approach.

3. You are responsible for implementing the strategies and actions discussed.

4. You acknowledge that results vary and depend on personal commitment and effort.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

1. Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

2. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged in full.

3. Refunds are only available under exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.

 

6. Confidentiality 

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. However, we may disclose information if required by law or if we believe there is a risk of harm to you or others.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Our coaching services are for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services

8. Intellectual Property 

All materials, content, and resources provided during coaching sessions remain our intellectual property and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Termination of Services 

We reserve the right to terminate coaching services at any time if a client violates these terms, engages in inappropriate behavior, or if we believe the coaching relationship is no longer beneficial.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Basel Stadt (Switzerland). Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation.
