Cancellation Policy

1. Coaching Services Coaching sessions are conducted online or in person as agreed upon. Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Coaching is not therapy or medical advice. 2. Payment & Refund Policy Payments must be made in full before the session via Wix Payments, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Twint or Stripe. Refunds are only provided if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the session. No refunds for missed sessions, but rescheduling may be possible at our discretion. 3. Client Responsibility Coaching is not therapy or medical advice. You are responsible for your decisions and actions. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe. Results are not guaranteed as they depend on individual effort and circumstances. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients must give at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions without a refund. 5. Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for any decisions or outcomes resulting from coaching. By using our services, you acknowledge that coaching does not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice. 6. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland and the European Union (where applicable). Disputes shall be resolved through mediation before legal action.
